Why we need you

The Channel Partner Manager at Omise is a crucial business leading position in Thailand Sales team and is responsible for the development, execution, and success of channel partnership strategies and initiatives. This person will actively drive the new business model which leads Omise to growing opportunities. The successful candidate needs to have strong experience and understanding of a reselling model in Payment gateway, financial technology, SaaS or other related IT industries.

What you will be doing

  • Plan and execute the Channel Partner Strategy by Month/ Quarter/ Annual and ensure the plans are aligned with the company OKR
  • Quickly adopt Omise services and product knowledge and rich in the payment industry knowledge
  • Identify the variable change factors of TPV of the partners and merchants’ partners. Track and evaluate the results of execution, as well as suggest improvements for each collaboration
  • Cultivate and maintain the business relationship with partners
  • Design, manage, maintain, and improve the merchant’s onboarding process and the related internal processes to effectively ensure the completion and successful of partnership process
  • Manage and execute partnership implementation projects, which possibly include multiple projects
  • Provide service training and support to channel partners


  • 5-8 Years experience in Channel Partner Management areas. Payment business, Financial technology, Saas business, or other related IT industry is preferred
  • Have a excellent communication in both Thai and English
  • Proven experience in successfully dealing and managing with the challenge of clients and large-size enterprises
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and cross functionally
  • Be a fast learner with can-do attitude and service mind
  • Able to work well with teams and independently. Being supportive, but result-oriented with less or none supervision
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurship mindset
  • Knowledge in local (Thailand) market for the related business is a big plus
