Why we need you

Omise is growing and we’re looking for a skilled People Operations Manager to lead the HR Operations & Compliance function!

You and your team will manage all aspects of compensation and benefits, visas, work permits, and international relocations, as well as compliance and policy matters.

You will be a crucial part of Omise’s operations and onboarding team.

The People Operations team is determined to create the best environment possible to work in, to hire the best talent, and to build scalable processes and products for our company. Be part of our growth journey and join our People Operations Team.

What you will be doing

  • Draft improve and revise HR related policies
  • Manage a team of specialists in the area of payroll, HR onboarding & office administration
  • Lead and manage large scale projects such as C&B restructuring, HRIS implementation, and more
  • Maintain and plan a benefits program
  • Ensure legal compliance and prepare for a yearly audit
  • Improve administrative processes to ensure the People Operations team scale effectively

You

  • Are experienced in setting up HR policies and procedures
  • Have experience in managing a team
  • Are an expert on Thai Labor Law
  • Speak business level English
  • Are data-driven and can create meaningful HR reports
  • Have scaled companies from small to mid-sized organizations

Nice to have

  • Are familiar with HRIS and ATS such as BreezyHR, BambooHR, and Greenhouse
  • Experience with international relocations
