What you will do

  • Help scheduling meetings with candidates, hiring managers and HLO team members
  • Keep our career portal up-to-date
  • Maintain administrative workflow
  • Master our ATS and manage the pipeline of selected positions
  • Be a first point of contact for all recruitment related requests from candidates
  • Organize onboarding training
  • Help organize HR events
  • Maintain administrative workflow
  • Keep track of sick leave
  • Provide useful market information and reports for HR/recruitment
  • Other tasks through own initiative and/or suggested by the HLO team



What you have

  • University degree
  • 1-3 years experience, preferably within a in-house recruitment team or customer service environment
  • Great organizational/ time management skills
  • Proactive and taking initiative
  • Service minded personality
  • Fluency in Thai (reading & writing)
