Why we need you

Mobile applications are central to the e-commerce industry. In order to provide the best possible experience and the most extensive payment access, Omise go to great lengths to make merchant SDKs easy to use, easy to integrate and secure-by-default. We also provide native applications for accepting payments as well as for checking their balance and managing their transactions.

What you will be doing

  • Implement and maintain new features on our native Android applications.
  • Code in native Kotlin or Java.
  • Make use of prevalent patterns, including reactive programming and view model paradigms.
  • Implement support for new payment channels and support compatibility in different variants to our mobile SDKs.
  • Debug, triage and assist our support team with mobile-related technical knowledge.
  • Publish SDKs and Android applications.
  • Experience writing tests by using Espresso, Robolectric, Mockito etc.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Work effectively with minimal-to-none supervision.
  • Like to make products that are a delight for users to use.
  • Know when and where to be careful with regards to code and security.
  • Communicates well, verbally, and in written words in English.

Good to Have

  • Ability to write concise and clear documentation.
  • Have professional experience across Android and other mobile operating systems.
