We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be focusing on mid-market or enterprise portfolios and strategies. What you will be doing

  • Work with the Omise Singapore team to achieve the sales target, team and individual by strategizing and selling Omise Payment solutions to mid-market or enterprise companies.
  • Analyze the possible market environment and situation. Find the needs and possibilities to scale and generate new business in different industries.
  • Develop and maintain solid, trusting relationships and connections with local mid-market or enterprise companies, business leaders, their key stakeholders, and key integrators; to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and best possible experience to merchants’ needs and objectives, within a timely manner and customers’ high expectations. .
  • Work across organization to develop professional relationships with colleagues in different locations.


  • An ambitious and self-motivated sales person with strong commercial sense, essential sales skills, and outstanding result-oriented attitude.
  • Possess very good understanding of the local market and able to quickly adapt into payment and technology landscape.
  • Play the role of a good team player who loves diversity and an international mindset. You will be working with teams with different offices and locations.
  • While working with teams, you are still able to focus and achieve your goals and targets with least possible monitoring.
  • 5+ years of leading sales experience with proven successful records selling technology solutions or related products and services.
  • Possess high entrepreneurship, excellent communication skills, and ability to execute effective strategies.
  • Be flexible to take possible travels, off-work schedules, or new challenges.
  • Able to converse fluently in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is also a plus.
