Why we need you

Omise is hiring a Technology Risk Analyst that will help our compliance and risk management teams. As a specialist you will ensure our risks are known, documented and effectively controlled. You will support our business continuity program, our risk governance and be the lead support for our internal and third party risk, security and data protection audits. Your interdepartmental work and collaboration will help to strengthen your future colleagues' risk awareness.

What you will be doing

  • Your work will have a strong focus on technology and cyber risks apart from business and compliance risks.
  • Monitor the threat landscape, review incidents and changes to our systems to keep our risk register continuously up to date.
  • Regularly verify if all risk controls and resilience measures are implemented and effective.
  • Coordinate the work of the risk and compliance committee.
  • Support the evidence gathering and interview process of all our internal and third party audits.
  • Prepare and run our business continuity simulation and drills.
  • Support our incident management teams to contain and eradicate incidents.

You

  • Educational background and/or relevant practical experience and most importantly interest in computer science, system architecture and cyber security.
  • Able to understand how complex technology, systems and processes work - and how they can break (or be broken).
  • Previous experience in risk management is a benefit
  • An inquisitive mind to find creative solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English
