Why we need you

We are looking for a skilled & pro-active Assistant Office Manager to support our continuous growth of Omise. This position will be assisting the Office Manager to oversee the office facility and appropriate working environment, which includes vendor management, office maintenance, Office supplies, and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who can handle pressure, work well under tight timelines and have an eye for details. You will have the chance to work with an international team to actively contribute to shaping Omise’s work environment.

What you will be doing

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities to support employees wellness.
  • Help to organize office operations and procedures including contract renewal, office maintenance and renovation, flight and hotel reservation, purchasing, office supplies, etc.
  • Maintain a peaceful workplace and a safe and secure working environment.
  • Help to organize the internal and external event, including food and beverage preparation and venue or space rental.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure that the expenditures will be paid on time.
  • Assist the Office Manager to run office operations smoothly.
  • Proactively initiate solutions or process improvement where needed

You

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Previous working experience as an Office Manager, Coordinator, or Administrator for at least 3 years.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Creative, Helpful, Flexible, and Service-minded
  • Proactive problem solver and critical thinker
  • Good level of written and spoken English as you will be working with a variety of nationalities, and fluency in Thai (written & spoken)
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with suggestions to improve processes & events planning
  • Ability to be on duty during weekends & holidays from time to time
  • Experience in dealing with and managing external vendors
