We are looking for a Security Analyst who is able to interact with business stakeholders across the organization. The Security Analyst should have a creative mindset and should be able to find solutions to complex problems that allow a security-first company to work with agility. You will ensure a culture of ownership as well as having a very strong security background; The successful candidate should be exceptionally multi-functional in terms of technical skills, security mindset, risk management, cultivating company growth for success.

What you will be doing

  • Work in a dynamic financial environment to monitor and help support the security program.
  • To build culture and make sure policies and procedures are well maintained. Guide people do the right thing.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Analyzing data loss prevention measures based on PCI DSS requirements
  • Monitoring data behavior for abnormal activities and create ticket log for teams to resolve activities
  • Perform security review of partners and vendors, following established review procedures.
  • Enable DevSecOps culture by improving processes and enabling teams for success.
  • Improve security culture by educating people and making security controls understandable.
  • Contribute to corporate security training content and presentation.
  • Establish and maintain corporate IT security standards and guidelines in compliance with security regulations and security best practices

You

  • 6 years of related experience in IT Security
  • Excellent communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and concisely in English (since English is our business language); any other language fluency is a plus
  • Good knowledge and experience working with security metrics.
  • Knowledge of AWS security services and concepts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD deployments.
  • Knowledge of compliance audits.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with PCI-DSS and ISO27001 is a plus.
