Why we need you

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the People Operations team. You will be working in a team of 5 people that supports Omise in everything HR related.

As Recruitment Specialist will support Omise’s recruitment function for Omise Payment entity and all other Omise entities. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate sourcing strategy. You will actively manage and execute day-to-day recruitment operations including schedule interviews, conduct preliminary interviews, analyze feedback, shortlist, up until on-boarding. The recruitment specialist will work alongside Omise hiring managers to assist them in sourcing and selecting the best candidates for Omise.

What you will be doing

  • Actively recruit and source candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to refine and customize recruitment processes from beginning to end (contact candidates, arrange interviews, work with hiring managers to filter, job offer, onboard)
  • Maintain monthly reports, keep track of recruitment database, and analyze the data to share with the team
  • Continuously experiment with various recruitment channels to find the best fit for the organization
  • Keep Omise Careers Page up to date


What you have

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business, or related fields
  • Ability to reach out to candidates using a variety of channels
  • Linked In recruiter experience
  • Experience in Boolean searches
  • At least 3 years in recruitment function (Agency preferred)
  • Broad knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations
  • Interview skills
  • Self-management skills & experience
  • Some knowledge about IT, blockchain and/or crypto industry a plus
  • Organization skill
  • Good understanding of local Thai recruitment market, regional experience is a plus
  • Great English communication skills
