Why we need you

GO.Exchange is a crypto to crypto exchange and is also creating digital banking products based upon crypto. We are looking for a Product Management Lead who is eager to grow with the company and develop the Product Management function. This person is to manage the strategic direction of the GO.Exchange platform. This role will help shaping strategic direction and product operational planning to achieve GO.Exchange’s visions of cryptocurrency financial platform. This role will manage, build, and develop the product team and prioritize recruiting, training, and coaching of the product managers.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that product releases occur in an efficient and effective manner
  • Drive cross-functional processes and manage expectations from business, marketing, and strategy
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Customer Support, Finance, Management, and more
  • Utilize market research and market data practices to bring product concepts from inception to launch, managing timelines, budgets, and product marketing
  • Responsible for product related compliance efforts
  • Contribute to overall business strategy
  • Report on product development activities on a regular basis to the Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of relevant KPIs and timelines
  • Maintain thorough documentation of product management, such as timelines, diagrams, and more
  • Strive to continuously improve the product team to make best use of individual strengths
  • Explore customer insights on the exchange platform
  • Understand competitive environment
  • Prepare evidence and research to support product decisions and product strategy
  • Prepare overall product strategy and show ownership over the product - act as CEO of product

What you have

    • Bachelor degree in related fields or technical fields from a reputable university preferred
    • Total 6+ years of experience in technology and products and 2-3 years of products management functions
    • Experience in product management at an exchange, high growth startup, and/or fintech company highly preferred
    • Strong command of English; communication in Thai is a bonus
    • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
    • Good interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, time management ability, multitasking skills, and able to work well under pressure, tight deadline, or fast-paced business environment
    • Deep understanding of the blockchain industry and fintech ecosystem
    • Entrepreneurship mindset with proven record record of successfully building complex products
    • Proven experience in leadership and team coaching ability. Able to guide, direct, and motivate team members
    • Have built and developed product teams with solid visions that are able to consistently execute
