Why we need you

We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Project Manager / Business Analyst to help us grow our product portfolios in Southeast Asia. You will be assisting Head of Product to ensure continuous delivery of regional projects and products development.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in managing multiple software projects simultaneously, participate in business analysis, and have excellent communication and documentation skills.

What you will be doing

  • Lead project planning and execution from start to finish, with attention to every detail.
  • Determine practicality and feasibility of ideas based on projected costs and sales potentials.
  • Coordinate and cultivate effective communication across department boundaries to ensure understanding of all team members.
  • Oversee the analysis, design, development and maintenance of software solutions, as required.
  • Effectively deal with different parties, including internal members and external contractors.
  • Manage and monitor contract service providers and vendors.
  • May serve on Product Review Committees, Technology Review Committees and/or other committees, as required.
  • Report directly to the Head of Product Management.


  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience in Project Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on business analysis experience in financial software related development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and listening skills
  • Ability to write documentation, diagrams and project proposals in detailed manner
  • Able to make appropriate decisions based on business goals and priorities
  • Possess proven record of prioritizing, organizing, and planning work activities; meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects
  • Able to communicate with confidence in English
  • Team Work and Excellent Leadership: Ability to provide team management, team coaching, employee professional guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Information System, or Computer Science
