Why we need you
Data Analyst helps teams at Omise make informed and smart decisions. This role provides insights to information, which is derived from internal and external data sources, day in and day out. Data is a crucial part of how Omise operates as an innovative company. The Data Analyst is key to create valuable insights and actions from data Omise has had over the years.
What you will be doing
- Acquiring, transforming and aggregating data from primary/secondary data sources
- Developing dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and recommendations based on relevant data
- Identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Maintaining and continually improving BI adoption across different teams
- Proactively engaging with both front-office teams and back-office teams to explore decision making process that data analytics can help
- Producing BI reports for key initiatives
- Training users of BI tools to make the best use of data.
You
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, IT, Statistics, or related fields
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in data analytic position.
- Abilities to organize and pursue cross-functional activities from start to finish
- Adept in compiling information from various sources into executive summary reports
- Basic project management knowledge
- Effective communicator, a fluent Thai and English speaker
- Excellent time management
- Highly skilled in utilizing spreadsheet software, both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, as a basic analytic tool
- Proficient in data analytics tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R
- Outstanding knowledge and skills in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Result driven yet people oriented
- Skilled at other office productivity applications including Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs Editors
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
